After arriving in the EPF command room click on the yellow screen on the right. Gary will now give you your field-op orders for the latest club Penguin field-op:
Click "accept field-op" to start the field-op mission. Now waddle or use your map to get to the underwater lake. Now waddle to the aqua grabber on the lower left as shown below:
Your spy phone will now be blinking green. Click on it to start field op 74. Your spy phone will appear with the field-op:
To complete field-op 74 power up the chipset. Guide your micro battery by remote control. Go from the recharger to the chips. Watch out for traps!
After completing the newest Club Penguin field-op Dot will send you a message as shown below:
It says:
Well done agent. Since we've got all of Herbert's known bases under control, he'll be looking to steal technology. If this doesn't work, we'll keep leaving more and more tecnology in the open. It's risky ,but it might just work.

okay so how do i get a hard hat now that i am new... this is retarded sometimesss -_-
Go to the mine and then go up to the cave(on the top in the mine with the light bulbs). Then click on the hard hat on the upper left. If you need any more help just ask:)
