A new stamp can be earned on Club Penguin called "food fight". To earn this easy stamp waddle to the beacon and throw pies at the target on the giant green puffles mouth on the right.

Hey Gpumpkin,I don't really think that's an old stamp.
It was released in April 2011 at the April fools party. It is a newer stamp. Thanks for commenting again dhi228:)
