Hey penguins! Last year, club penguin released the beta team. On the beta team you can test unreleased mini games and see other club penguin exclusive news and projects. It's just like the club penguin improvement project that was around in 2008. Just follow the guide below to find all of the secrets and tips on the beta team and how to the use it.
First, to join it, which is free, click on the link here:
http://authorized.clubpenguin.com/. You'll be taken to a blue screen where you can log in using your penguin name and password.
When you log in, you'll see a command bar on the top. This is how you access everything on the beta team. Here's the list of commands:
Help: Find the list of commands.
ls: Lists all of the games.
Play [game name]: Opens the game and its description. eg. play robots.
Rate [y/n]: Rates how much you like the game - type "rate y" if you like it, type "rate n" if you don't.
Comment [user comment]: Submits a comment about the game.
Clear: clear the screen.
Logout: logs you out.
Hit 'enter' after you type the command to send it. To go to the unreleased games type 'ls'. This the list of the games at the moment:
Click whatever one of the games you want to play. To go back to the file list click "back" on the upper left. One of the exclusives is called "new player card penguin idea". It has a possible idea of a what the new penguin might look like on our player cards.
The club penguin beta team was a fantastic idea! Hopefully, it'll stick around the island for awhile.
