Attention all Epf agents, a new spy phone message has been sent to all agents on the island. This weeks message is from Rookie regrading the arrival of the upcoming fall fair. In the message Rookie says he's working on the fair so, he might be a bit busy. If there is any disasters or emergencies , which would probably be caused by Rookie or possibly Herbert, to leave him a message. Check it out:
