Club Penguin Rookie EPF Message

Rookie has sent us a brand new EPF message! He talks about that there are ghosts everywhere. It sure looks like that Rookie is panicking. He says this because the Halloween Party has been released recently, and there are ghosts everywhere! Check it out:
