Club Penguin EPF Spy Phone Upgrade

Today a new post has been made on the What's New Blog with top secret information regarding the spy phone upgrade which was revealed to us last week by Gary the Gadget Guy. Construction is still under way at the EPF headquarters (the command room) and as we know the EPF is getting a new look. Now, what about spy equipment? Lets take a look shall we?
