Club Penguin Puffle Handler's Playercard March 2013

The Puffle Handler is giving away a brand new background on the Club Penguin island for the 2013 Puffle Party that just arrived. While PH is on she'll be giving away a free autographed background that you can obtain on your penguin account. It features the Puffle Handler and a whole lot of puffles. Check it out:
