Club Penguin New EPF Message from Rookie

If you're an Elite Penguin Force agent, you would've noticed that your Spyphone is ringing on Club Penguin. This means that Club Penguin has sent you a new message on your Spyphone. This new message is from Rookie and was sent on June 20, 2013. Rookie informs us that construction has been completed at the ski village. Here's what the message says:

Did you see?! Construction's done at the ski village! But those big phones DON'T WORK. Dot says they're 'for decoration ONLY'. 

It seems Rookie is being his usual funny self. Indeed, the construction has been completed in the ski village. There's two rooms left which I presume will be done by the end of the summer season.
