Club Penguin New July 2013 Featured Postcards

Recently, while sending a postcard to my buddy, Mariobros980, I noticed that Club Penguin has added new featured postcards to the postcard catalog. Postcards are cards that can be sent by penguin mail to your penguin buddies for 10 coins. It's actually very easy to send postcards. Simply click the 'Send Mail' icon on another penguin's player card and select a postcard of your choice.
