Club Penguin Times Issue #402

A new issue of the Club Penguin Times, the island's official newspaper, has been published on the Club Penguin island. Each Times issue is written by Aunt Arctic, the newspaper's chief editor, and are released weekly when Club Penguin updates on Thursday. Times issues have articles, helpful hints, jokes, top secrets, poetry, an 'Ask Aunt Arctic' section, and much more for us to read and enjoy. This new issue contains articles regarding the Monsters University Takeover and Scare Games. Below is Club Penguin Times issue #402:

The main article in this week's issue is titled "Scare Games Continue" and is written by Greek Council. In this article Club Penguin talks about the continuation of the Scare Games. In the scare games you can collect prizes by completing select tasks which, in turn, give you scare points. The winner of the Scare Games will be announced on June 6th.

This week's supporting article isn't just any article, it's a Top Monster Must Do's list. Follow this list and you'll be a top monster in no time. I especially like the graphics in this column, Club Penguin's graphics have certainly come a long way since 2005 when it opened up to all players.

 

As in every club penguin times issue, Club Penguin provides a list of this months upcoming events coming up on the Club Penguin island. These lists include upcoming parties, catalogs, and much more. As mentioned in this week's upcoming events, Club Penguin has once again hinted at the Star Wars Takeover which is set to begin on July 25th. The Viking Opera stage play will also be returning this month. Anyways, check out this month's upcoming events which we have listed below.

• July 11th - Penguin Style: Show off your igloo chic summer style and start the season off right!
• July 11th - Viking Opera Returns to a stage near you!
• July 18th -Decorate for a gathering of galactic proportions!
