Rookie shall be visiting the upcoming Halloween Party 2013. Thus, the EPF Agent has sent an EPF Message to our EPF Spy Phones. This message is dated for 10th October 2013, and has been marked as sent by Rookie. This week, Rookie tells us that we should all relax, because he shall be ensuring that the Halloween Party 2013 all goes well on his watch. Check out the message below.

Hi everybody! Did u hear I'm planning the Halloween party?! Make sure u all dress up and eat candy, k? Nothing bad's going to happen, so u can take a break and relax.

I don't know what your thoughts are on this, but I think this is rather suspicious. He mentions that nothing bad will happen. Is this a hint to something that will happen? Let's wait and see.
