The Halloween Party 2013 is quickly approaching, and therefore, the Club Penguin Team have sent their weekly EPF Message to our EPF Spy Phones. This Message is dated for the 3rd October 2013, and has been sent by the Island's resident scientist, Gary! This week's message regards some rather unusual information, which seems somewhat out of date. Nevertheless, let's check out this week's message.

What exciting discoveries! Transformations, mysterious seeds, and an oddly familiar wizard. Rookie will be handling Halloween while I head to the lab to research!
This EPF Message tells us that Rookie will be visiting all of us to celebrate the Halloween Party 2013, while Gary investigates a most mysterious discovery! I thought he had already done such at the Medieval Party 2013. However, what could a familiar wizard mean? Is Herbert in disguise? I guess we will just have to wait and see!
