As you all may know that, on every Thursday, a new EPF Message is sent to us. EPF stands for the Elite Penguin Force, which replaced PSA (Penguin Secret Agency) in 2010. The Elite Penguin Force also has it's own catalog, only 1 item is available for non-members. Most EPF Messages are related to what is happening on the island.
