Club penguin has just released a new issue of the club penguin times on the club penguin island. This brings us up to 417. Club penguin's newspaper is released weekly when club penguin updates every Thursday. The club penguin times includes several articles, helpful hints, jokes, secrets, and more. As you may know, the Halloween party has begun and therefore Club Penguin has themed Club Penguin Times issue #417 to just that. This week's issue begins with an article titled 'Trick-Or-Treat! It's Halloween' by a Halloween Correspondent followed by the support story titled 'Cursed Candies Cause Creature Transformations' and finally the upcoming events.
