Club Penguin Times Issue #415

The Club Penguin Team releases a new Club Penguin Times Issue ever week, and this week is certainly no exception! This issue has been dated for the 3rd of October 2013, and is marked as Issue #415. This week, the Times focuses on the new Puffle Snack Station at the Pizza Parlor, but also informs us that Rookie shall be attending the Halloween Party 2013. I really love this issue of the CPT, as it informs us of all the latest news going on the island, which can sometimes be hard to maintain in the issue. I am also loving all the updates that were mentioned in this issue, as they all excite me about the never-ending fun on the island.
