Club Penguin has released another one of their weekly EPF Messages, this week's being sent by Dot. The Message is dated for the 1st November 2013, and features Dot explaining that Herbert could be wandering the island! She knew this after she discovered Herbert-sized footprints in the wilderness-and we know there is nothing bigger than Herbert! Check out the message below.
