Club Penguin EPF Message from PH - November 14th, 2013

PH, a Club Penguin mascot, has sent all Elite Penguin Force agents a new EPF message on their spy phones. EPF messages keep us up to date with current events, how to keep the island safe, and much more. This EPF message was sent on November 14th, 2013 and informs us of the disappearance of the island's furry residents, puffles. Our old pal, Herbert P. Puffles have been going missing all over the island. And there are tracks leading out into the wild. We believe Herbert's behind this.

So, Herbert is up to his old tricks of trying to cause problems and warm up the island again. I wonder what Herbert's planning... I guess we will have to wait until Operation Puffle. In a funny way, it's good to have Herbert back again. Herbert keeps things exciting on Club Penguin.
