Club Penguin Times Issue #428

Club Penguin has released a brand new issue of the Club Penguin Times! The Club Penguin Times is released every Thursday. Each Club Penguin Times issue is written by Aunt Arctic. This week's issue is Aunt Arctic's 428th and is the very first issue of 2014! The main article in this week's issue talks about Coins for Change being a success:
