Club Penguin EPF Message From Jet Pack Guy

While waddling around the Club Penguin island today, I noticed my spy phone started ringing. This means Club Penguin has released another one of their weekly EPF messages, this weeks being from Jet Pack Guy. The message is dated for the 24th of April 2014 and features Jet Pack Guy explaining the ideal reasons for training our puffles with puffle tricks. As every elite agent knows, an elite sidekick is the best ally in the field. Below, is this week's Club Penguin EPF Message From Jet Pack Guy:

Agents, puffle tricks are a great way to train your pet. An elite agent needs an elite sidekick. 

The whereabouts of Herbert remain unknown at the time being and, personally, I feel it's been too quiet on the snow-covered island ever since we defeated Herbert at Operation: Puffle. Either Herbert and Klutzy are scheming their latest plan or some of the other infamous Club Penguin villains are plotting revenge on the Elite Penguin Force. Perhaps Club Penguin will introduce a new villain to challenge the EPF in your response. What new villain would you what Club Penguin to introduce?
