Club Penguin New EPF Message From Gary

Gary the Gadget Guy, a Club Penguin mascot, has sent every Elite Penguin Force agent a brand new EPF message on their spy phones. EPF messages keep us up to date with current events, how to keep the island safe, and much more. The following EPF message foreshadows a forthcoming mini-party and gives us a brief summary of Gary's progress with one of his many inventions, the Racer 3000s. It looks like this mini-party will have something to do with remote control cars and an awesome race track.
