Olaf at the Halloween Party?
Recently a glitch had caused a mysterious question to arise, " Will there be another Frozen Takeover? ". A few days ago, while updating Club Penguin, a bug made the same icon on the player card, like the one in Frozen Takeover in 2014 - through which members could transform into their original form; penguin, from an Olaf. This is how my player card looks like, though it's not the Frozen Party:
