Traditionally, Rockhopper arrives on the Club Penguin island for Coins for Change and the annual Holiday Party. This year is no exception. He's docked at the beach with his ship, the Migrator, beside the lighthouse. Rockhopper will be waddling around until the party concludes on the 6th of January.
