Along with the release of the 2014 Music Jam, Club Penguin have released a brand new mini-game in the dance club called 'SoundStudio'. SoundStudio has replaced it's predecessor, DJ3K, and is a similar in-game experience; however, it's been totally revamped with the ability to save your own tunes, mix and rap music from various categories, and have other penguins like your tunes. You can play SoundStudio in either the Dance Club or the Music Cruise (Only available to play on the music cruise for the 2014 Music Jam).

It's easy to get started, just waddle over to the SoundStudio DJ table and the following screen will appear. Members can share and save tracks whereas members are limited to only mixing music. Under the 'Shared Tracks' section you can jam to other penguin's created tracks.

SoundStudio allows players to choose from four genres to mix music from. The categories are as follows:

• Pop
• Rock
• Dance
• Dubstep.

Select one of the four genres to get jamming. Each button makes a unique sound, based on the genre you selected, and the buttons are divided in two categories: loops and one-shots. Loops repeat while one-shots, as the name suggests, play once each time you press them. I suggest experimenting with each button to get a unique style you like. As a member you have the ability to save tunes. Hit 'Record' to save and share songs. Your song will immediately be placed in the 'Shared Tracks' section of the game. Shared tracks are played occasionally in the Dance Club and you have the option of playing them in your igloo. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be creating some fantastic tunes and be a rapper in no time.

Once you've created a track you can choose which track to share and monitor how many likes it on the 'Saved Tracks' page. You can access this by clicking on the music note icon under the moderator badge. 

If you're track is being played in the Dance Club, your penguin will appear on the screen behind SoundStudio. Meanwhile, penguins in the room can like your track amidst it being played.

Similar to the like button in our igloos, you can like tracks once on a daily basis.

Find four is a multiplayer mini-game that you can play with your buddies on the Club Penguin island. Find four is located in the ski lodge, accessible from the ski village. Astro Barrier is pretty simple Club Penguin game to play. Non-members can play up to level 5. However, members can play up to level 40, the last and most challenging level of the game. Your goal in Astro Barrier is to shoot all of the moving targets. Press the left and right arrows on your keyboard to move your ship across the screen. To shoot simply click the space bar. You have a limited amount of shots, so use them wisely. To finish a level, shoot all of the targets. 

Like every Club Penguin game, Astro barrier has several secrets which we will cover below. In astro barrier, you can skip levels right after clicking start. Press '1' to skip to level 10. Press '2' to skip to level 20. You can skip over to level 30 by pressing '3'. Blue targets give you an extra life if you shoot one. The secret levels  in Astro Barrier are accessible before level 11 begins. Wait the amount of 30 seconds and shoot the blue ship that appears. You'll now be in the secret levels!

Just like the secret levels you can access the expert levels before level 31 begins. Wait the amount of 30 seconds and shoot which in turn will make the turret hit the blue ship. You'll now be in the expert levels!

Grab a jet pack and fly across Club Penguin collecting coins for your penguin account. To move, use your arrow keys to maneuver the jet pack throughout your screen. While playing a level, keep a close eye out for fuel cans and jet packs as they are necessary to completing the game and obtain loads of coins. Watch out for obstacles such as sharks and anvils. To complete a level simply fly onto a landing pad. There is a total of 5 levels in all.

Players can bring along their green puffles which will fly around your screen collecting coins and much more. This is a great way to earn a plethora of extra coins. To receive a 1,000 coin bonus go though the game without obtaining any coins. This is obviously hard, but it can be done. I recommend not bringing your green puffle along when you try receive the bonus.

Club Penguin Thin Ice Cheats

How to Play Thin Ice:
To complete each maze you have to melt the ice and get to the red exit block. Once the ice is melted you can't walk back. Melt all of the ice to finish the stage. To move your puffle use the arrow keys on your keyboard. To finish a level make your way to the red exit to finish it. The more ice you melt, the more coins you earn for your penguin.

Thin Ice Cheats:
Earn extra points by solving each level on your first try. While solving levels you may spot coin bags. Pick these up as they give you more coins and stamps depending on how many you collect.

Club Penguin Hydro Hopper Cheats

Hydro hopper is one of the easiest and funnest club penguin mini games to play on the island. It was one of the original games as well. This mini game can be played at the dock.

How to Play Hydro Hopper:
In the mini game you'll be on an inner tube behind a speed boat. Move your mouse to move. Click to jump! Your main objective is to jump over objects in the water. You get more coins if you jump over more things. You don't earn coins if you dodge them. So try to jump over as many objects as possible, without losing an inner tube. Watch out for buoys as they cannot be jumped and you'll lose a life.

Hydro Hopper Cheats:
Members can purchase a wake board from the game upgrade catalog in the lower right corner of the room. There a two different ones. Wear any wake board when you play and you'll be able to use it in the game! As you play try to grab the life rings for an extra life.

Club Penguin Smoothie Smash Cheats

Club penguin has released a brand new mini game in the coffee shop called Smoothie Smash! In Smoothie smash you jump on fruits, in certain combinations, to make smoothies for penguins that come up. You can serve mascots such as Rockhopper, Aunt Arctic, and Herbert as well!

To play Smoothie Smash waddle over to the coffee shop. Then, click the smoothie smash machine.

There are two game  modes in smoothie smash that you can play. Normal and survival! Below are the instructions on how to play on normal mode:
