To get the puffle bandana go to Rockhopper's ship! Then click on his catalog now you can receive the free item!
To get this hat first complete the scavenger hunt. Then go to the cove and put on just the mining hat. Now dig on the X. Now you have the Continental hat!
3. Commander's coat
To get the coat you must go to the hidden lake and buy a blue crab suit! Now you play the crabs talk game. After you finsh the game the coat will pop up, click on it! Now you have the Commander's coat!
