Rookie has sent all Elite Penguin Force agents a new EPF message on their Spy phones. This message is about Rookie, being his usual self, and Sensei. Here is is. Check it out:

It says the following: 

I just met Sensei!!!! He's so awesome! I was all, "Hi Sensei!" and he was like, "I think you're standing on my foot." Sensei rules!!!
