New Club Penguin free at Rockhopper's quest

 Club Penguin has released another free item at Rockhopper's quest. The new Club Penguin free item, "the life vest", is at the beach where the crew cap was before. Here's the newest free item at the party:

To add the "life vest" to your penguins inventory click on the barrel next the the sign. Then click "yes" to receive this Club Penguin free item.
