Club Penguin Rookie Online December 2012

The club penguin mascot Rookie has been confirmed to be waddling around the club penguin island. He's been online ever since December 1st to celebrate the Epf's victory over Herbert P. Bear. Rookie does not have a new autographed background, but you can still obtain his background and stamp on your penguin account.
