The Fair 2014 has finally arrived on Club Penguin, and it really is a blast! Rookie, a budding yet somewhat silly member of the Elite Penguin Force, has decided to express his feelings about the ongoing Fair through the weekly EPF Message update on our Spy Phones! Let's check out what he sent us.
