All around the Club Penguin Island, penguins are now enjoying the Fair 2014. You probably know that Rookie is the host of this year's Fair and that he will appear at various times throughtout the party to become friends with you and allow you to obtain his background. You might not know, though, when and where Rookie will be logging on. The Club Penguin Team have kindly released a set of English server meetup times on the Club Penguin blog. Check the post, written by Polo Field, out below.
