Club Penguin Blog: Special Announcement from Daffodaily5

According to a post published on the Club Penguin community blog earlier today, a beloved member of the Club Penguin team, Daffodaily5, has announced her resignation. Not only is Daffodaily 5 leaving, but also German, French, and Spanish bloggers Koa Koralle, Loustik005, and Karlapop321 respectively. I'm met with sadness that another blogger besides Polo Field is leaving not only the Club Penguin team, but also the Club Penguin community. Daffodaily5 has assured us Penguin of the Week will be continued by Megg, but it won't quite be the same as Penguin of the Week (Once Penguin of the Day) has been solely posted by Daffodaily5; nonetheless, I believe Megg will do an excellent job. In order to celebrate Daffodaily5's legacy while working at Club Penguin, she has organized meet-ups with the other bloggers leaving accross four different languages. Today I have some big news: some of us are moving on to our own little adventures. The blog will continue to bring you the latest CP news and stories, and Megg will be taking over Penguin of the Week!
The time I’ve spent as part of this community has been so brill. Here’s a pic of my favourite events we’ve shared together:

It’s been amazing to get to know everyone, and to celebrate that, we’re hosting an epic parade across four different languages with the German, French and Spanish bloggers: Koa Koralle, Loustik005, and Karlapop321! On Wednesday, June 3rd, we’ll meet in the Plaza at the following times:
4:00pm BST (8:00am PST) – English, Big Foot server
4:15pm – Spanish, Avalancha server
4:30pm – German, Handschuhe server
4:45pm – French, Yeti Server
I hope we’ll see some of you there! In the meantime, share your favourite memories in the comments.

I don't think Daffodaily5 would want us to be sad for her leaving; however, I hope she wasn't laid off as other Club Penguin employees were a few months ago. Therefore, lets celebrate with Daffodaily5 and the other bloggers leaving at the mentioned meet-ups and remeber the marvolous times we had with them and memories we made. I remember when Daffodialy5 joined the team in the summer of 2012 at the time of the Make Your Mark: Ulitimate Jam. You can read more by clicking the following link. Farewell Daffodaily5! Club Penguin's Penguin of the Week: August 1, 2014

Every Friday, Club Penguin nominates a new Penguin of the Day who helps fellow penguins, does good deeds throughout their community, and so forth. Therefore, Daffodaily5, a Club Penguin blogger and moderator, has published a brand new Penguin of the Day article on the Club Penguin community blog for August 1, 2014 seeing as today is Friday. Club Penguin POTW-Lost Dragon

Every Friday, the Club Penguin Team elects a penguin for Penguin of the Week, a special award linked to the former Penguin of the Day. You can be picked if you do a good deed either in real life or on the virtual world of Club Penguin. Winning penguins receive a Green Viking Helmet; 10,000 coins are added to their account and they are featured on the Club Penguin Blog. This week's penguin is Lost Dragon.

Everyone needs a brill buddy like Lost Dragon! They came up with the idea of ‘Dragon Challenge’ and encouraged lots of players across many servers to send the gift postcard to all penguins they met; that way everyone could wear a Santa Hat!
I LOVE how Christmassy their igloo is, but you know what I love even more? A purple dragon wearing accessories and playing a guitar! Hehe! YOU ROCK! :D
