Dot has sent us a new message on are Club Penguin spy phones. She talks about how Herbert didn't go for the bait in the recycling plant. Below is the latest spy phone message:

It says:
Herbert didn't take the bait. The computer we left connected to the EPF mainframe wasn't tampered with. Herbert could be long gone.
