As you know, I hosted a Club Penguin summer party the previous Saturday and by all means we had a magnificent time kicking off the summer season. If a week wasn't enough for another party and since we're in the party mood already, I've decided to host another summer party with a good friend of mine named Mrzero3! You've probably heard of him from his Club Penguin blog, Club Penguin Reveals, and if not I highly urge you to have a look at his top-notch blog. It's summer, we're on summer vacation, and what better way to celebrate and get in the mood for the summer season than with a party. Therefore, Mrzero3 and I are inviting our fans, readers, followers, and in general: the community to our summer party because what would a party be without anyone attending?
During the duration of this summery event, Mrzero3 and I will be in search of the best outfits and costumes related to the summer season. For this reason, we're encouraging all attendees to participate as the best outfits will ultimately be featured here on our review article and on Mrzero3's blog. Without further ado, here are the party details:
If for whatever reason the party banner is not showing for you, we've provided you with the following party details in text format below.

The previous Saturday, as many of you may recall, was Wwerocks88 and I's (Gpumpkin) summer party. We'd like to start off by saying we had a phenomenal time hanging out and partying with you guys. Thanks to everyone who attended, you made the party a success it otherwise would not have been. We sent postcards, played the various mini games, I added several of you, and, of course, we partied. You guys are the best fans in the world! Below is our Club Penguin Cheats Summer Party Review and Summer Costume Contest Winners:
It all started at the cove where we put on our shades, chilled in the summer sun, and partied till we dropped.
Next we went to the forest, participated in heavy weightlifting, and had a toot parade.
I don't know about you guys, but partying makes me hungry. We grabbed a bite to eat at the pizza parlor. Angry80769 makes a mean hot sauce pizza.
From there, we waddled to the plaza where we partied. Believe it or not, we did a whole lot more partying for the remainder of the party.
We took the party to the streets of the snow forts. We were going to have a snow ball fight, but, sadly, there's no snow forts at the snow forts. The irony.
Wwerocks88 and I supplied the popcorn and refreshments, you guys have quite the appetite. We ran out of popcorn within a matter of minutes. Popcorn was flying everyone.
A good friend of mine, Swiss, made a special appearance. Thanks for coming buddy!
From there, we waddled to ski hill where we played sled racing. Did I mention how good you guys are at it?
I'm pretty sure I hit about every rock on the course. I need to touch up on my sled racing skills.
Birthday emotes! It wasn't my birthday, but for whoever's birthday it was that day: Happy Birthday!
We then played find four. You guys have some mad find four playing skills.
Lets not forget the heart emotes!
The find four game of the century: battle of the bloggers.
As all good things, the Summer party had to come to a conclusion. After partying for roughly 45 minutes, we ended the party with smiles and Wwerocks88 and I said are farewells.
Our next featured winner is Swiss. Rocking the afro dude! Swiss' outfit is the polar opposite of summer and that's why I picked him; it's cold even in the summer on Club Penguin so, why not wear some warm attire! If you think I featured Swiss just for the afro, you're right, ha ha. That's what summer's all about, having fun and relaxing. What better way to do that than with an afro.
Our third featured winner is Ninja Kai 51! Congratulations, I loved you're doughnut viking hat and it didn't go unnoticed how active and supportive you were throughout the entire party. You've definitely earned a spot with the winners!
Our final winner of the summer costume contest is Rosalenajh7. You're combination of an eye patch, lei, and blue hair with the top hair is ideal for summer fun.
That's all about the Club Penguin Cheats Summer Party Review. Wwerocks88 and I would like to thank everyone who came and most importantly hope you had a fun time because we certainly did. The party was a blast and we look forward to more parties in the future. Did you miss the party or couldn't show up? No worries, we're going to be hosting even more parties and will be adding even more penguins next time. Overall, the party was phenomenal! For not having a party in roughly a year, we had a huge turn-out and that's all thanks to you guys! Summer's my favorite season of the year and we certainly started it with a bang.

Regarding our Summer Costume contest, we had some awesome summer outfits among our contestants. It was hard to decide who to feature in the review since you guys had such magnificent costumes. Nonetheless, we've chosen our winners and as promised, I've featured two non-members and two members. Lets have a look at the winners with a brief description of their costume and why we chose them, shall we?
Our first featured winner of the contest is Angry80769. If you had to have summer style then this would be it! Not only did he have a spiffy costume, he likewise had a summer themed background and pin. Way to think outside of the box. Surf's up!
Our next featured winner is Swiss. Rocking the afro dude! Swiss' outfit is the polar opposite of summer and that's why I picked him; it's cold even in the summer on Club Penguin so, why not wear some warm attire! Welcome to our third Club Penguin Discussion article! Club Penguin Discussions, or CPD for short, will be published here on Club Penguin Cheats each Saturday and give you a chance to join in the discussion and give your opinion regarding the Club Penguin related subject discussed. Lets dive right into 'Club Penguin Discussion: Takeovers & Original Parties' below:
Over the span of Club Penguin's existence, almost nine years now, Club Penguin has released some really awesome and, to be honest, some not so awesome parties. Over this time table, parties have actually changed in drastic proportions. If you've played Club Penguin for quite awhile, you get the gist of what I mean. Club Penguin parties revolve around the same ideals the first party possessed. That is free items, decorations, and an event in which to celebrate (Take Halloween, Easter, or Christmas); however, the structure and focal point of a Club Penguin party has changed. Club Penguin parties can be placed in two categories: takeovers and original parties. This will be the primary source of this week's discussion and I'll be looking at the pros and cons of each. This is quite a long article, but I'd encourage you to read it and discuss it after doing so.
What's made takeovers unpopular as of late? I think it's a series of problems not just with takeovers, but Club Penguin parties in general. Club Penguin takeovers and parties are far too long. Two weeks is enough and by the first week the parties have gotten, well... boring. Club Penguin hasn't released anything new by week two and when they have it's been a bust. I was looking forward to the puffle gala and had high expectations for its arrival. It turned out to just be a room, no free items or anything. Challenges are another thing in themselves. They're simply way too long. I honestly don't have time to finish them, I have a life as I'm sure you do as well. Club Penguin should go back to the basics in these areas. We should see the return of free item boxes, I loved being able to pick up my free item, and parties should be shortened to a week.
With the announcement of the 2012 Marvel Superhero Takeover, I was overjoyed and couldn't hold in my excitement for the party. To the contrary of latter takeovers, I wasn't disappointed when that years takeovers arrived. To the contrary, I was excited and the parties actually engaged the player and offered cool stuff. It was a beneficial change and a much needed one. With the exception of the Muppets Worlds Tour and Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam, the takeovers have been fairly good. I especially loved the Star Wars Takeover and I think an Indiana Jones Takeover would be pretty cool. Nonetheless, I don't think Club Penguin takeovers should define Club Penguin, that's what Club Penguin's original parties did and should be doing.
Club Penguin parties, when you get right down to it, are pretty simple. There's an overall theme, free items, decorations, and an engaging feature like a scavenger hunt. Parties were usually a week long. It's this simplicity that makes original Club Penguin parties so fun and the in-game experience seems even more thrilling than an overdone room with way too much to take in. That's what we loved about those rooms, they inspired creativity and got us to chat more. When I log onto a Club Penguin server, there's often times no one chatting. That's one of the things that made Club Penguin so special. It was cool to meet up with your friends on Club Penguin.
I'll be honest, I think Club Penguin's added some awesome stuff over the years to make Club Penguin a better place. I enjoy the interactive features like a backyard for your igloo, quests, scavenger hunts, and story-line. The structure for original parties are beginning to look a lot like takeovers though. There's reoccurring party catalogs, reoccurring challenges, and you're greeted by the same ol' pop-up message when you first log into a party. Let's be honest, those are getting boring. You can read more regarding this subject on Riyita's blog here. However, there's a point as to how far to go and we can see this in the takeovers and more recent original parties. It's time to go back to the basics.
As Club Penguin original parties evolved, more interactive features were added. To name a few, there were the quests at the Medieval party and the annual Halloween scavenger hunt. I lived for these elements of a Club Penguin party. The quests for the Medieval party were nothing less than engaging, exciting, and interactive. Not to mention, a new quest was added with every Medieval party. I was disappointed when the 2013 Medieval party didn't bring back the quests or add a new one.
Original Club Penguin parties always had the coolest room designs. As of recently, the only rooms decorated for both takeovers and original parties are the popular rooms such as the town, plaza, dock, and so forth. Club Penguin parties used to have nearly and often times every room decorated. Have you seen the mine or underground pool decorated for a Club Penguin party lately? If you said 'No' you're right and that's because they haven't. I remember when the underground pool was decorated for the Puffle Party and that was back in 2013. More Club Penguin rooms should be decorated for players to explore. It's cool to check out rooms when they're themed to an event.
Club Penguin parties always have a mascot that attends. Mascots are unique as well. They're Club Penguin's creation, not another's work. They play a major role in a Club Penguin party, especially original ones, as they correlate with the event and get players online to search for them. That's why I think meet-up times are a bad idea. I used to search for hours on end for mascots and to finally find one and claim their background felt like I accomplished something. Secondly, there's no reason for Club Penguin blogs to track mascots anymore. There's no need to. If you're a Club Penguin blogger then you know how fulfilling it is to help penguins find mascots and get penguin's to come to your blog. From time to time we also need a new mascot that's original, not celebrity mascots like CeCe and Rocky at the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam. I feel like Club Penguin's pushing for the same thing at this year's Music Jam. That would ruin a Club Penguin party with a good reputation. Mascots are crucial to original parties, but they don't seem to play the role they used to anymore.
Club Penguin didn't become successful through advertising, it became successful through word of mouth. We're the reason Club Penguin's still in existence and is the popular Online game it is today. I have to hand to the Club Penguin staff for all of the hard work they do to make the parties and the game a reality, but it's our ideas that fuel their passion to make the safe virtual world of Club Penguin the way it is. Ask any Club Penguin employee, they'll tell you this. Therefore, for this week's Club Penguin Discussion question we want to know which category of Club Penguin parties you prefer: Takeovers or Original. Club Penguin claims they listen to the Club Penguin community (us) so, we need to consistently be giving honest criticism or encouragement about the direction Club Penguin's going. I'm not trying to point out everything wrong with Club Penguin, I love the game, but I want to make Club Penguin a better place as I'm sure you want to as well. It's time to let Club Penguin know what we think, they're listening, so lets get discussing!

This is quite a long article, but I'd encourage you to read it and discuss it after doing so.
Takeovers
Everyone who currently plays Club Penguin is familiar with takeovers, a party promoting an outside source, usually Disney related, that's not original Club Penguin content. A Club Penguin party presently extends over a period of two weeks, decorations related to the event transform the normal setting of the popular rooms, various free items are up for grabs, there's challenges to complete, mascots attending the event, and that's just to name a few of the things that make a party a reality. Club Penguin takeovers have a theme many of us are familiar with and even fans of. The success of a Club Penguin takeover is dependent on the player's tastes, what he/she likes. Takeovers bring in new players that otherwise wouldn't play Club Penguin or found out about it otherwise. Club Penguin by being a branch of the Disney company has access to the rights of Disney licensed products and trademark. So, the questions arises, why not take advantage of that? Club Penguin reached its highest levels of popularity with their first Takeovers: the 2012 Marvel Superhero Takeover, Make your Mark: Ultimate Jam, and Adventure Party: Temple of fruit. That's why Club Penguin has continued released Takeovers, they're successful and they've proven that.![]() |

| The Star Wars Takeover was always engaging players with new challenges, recognizable Star Wars rooms, and the ability to take off into space. |
Original
Original Club Penguin parties are exactly what you'd think it means. Original. Although they may be based on Holidays and other themes, original Club Penguin parties aren't modeled after another trademark, but fashioned after Club Penguin's own model of thought. To the contrary of takeovers, original parties are what made Club Penguin what it is and what got it to out there in the first place. Original parties are unique, with Club Penguin's own graphics and ideas. That's what made them so fun and engaging for players.![]() |

After a long wait, the Penguin Cup is finally here. The Penguin Cup will last until the 1st of July. There will be 4 teams competing for the Penguin Cup, they're as follows: 1. Sharks, 2. Hot Sauce, 3. Space Squids, and 4. Fluffies. There will be plenty of free items and cheats in the game. Let's start with the cheats, shall we?
Club Penguin - Penguin Cup 2014 Cheats
First of all, when you login, a message from Aunt Arctic will appear on your screen. Click '' Ok '' to proceed.
Click on the football icon that is on the top right corner of your screen. Once you've done that, you should choose one team out of the 4. You can change teams whenever you want.
If you've done that, click '' Collect '' in order to obtain the Soccer Ball. There are a total of 16 items that members can obtain, non-members can obtain 8. You can also view the scoreboard, currently Sharks are winning by a big margin.
You should play a mini-game, called shoot-out soccer game to obtain the items. You should be wearing the soccer ball, and click the letter '' D '' on your keyboard to invite somebody to play against you.
The shoot-out soccer game pretty much looks like this. Its easy, addicting once you get the hang of it. You should click whenever the circle reaches the target.
Keep playing, and you'll unlock more items. Members can unlock power shoes which can make then kick much faster.
Free Items
There are 4 free items stand placed around the island. 4 types Vuvuzelas are free to obtained by both, non-members and members.
You can pick up the Sharks Vuvuzela from the Beach.
You can pick up the Hot Sauce Vuvuzela from the Forest.
You can pick up the Space Squids Vuvuzela from the Dock.
You can obtain the Fluffies Vuvuzela from the Cove.
New Emotions
For the first time in Club Penguin History, there are a total 8 temporary emotes for a party. Temporary Emotes started off in December 2012.
That is all for this year's Penguin Cup. I have to say that this party has started off really well, could end also really well. I think that the Penguin Cup has to be the best party so far this year. What are your thoughts on the Penguin Cup? Which party do you think has been the best this year? Leave us a comment below with your thoughts.

Thanks to Venadito 007 I have gotten two images from next month's party, the superhero party! The party will be featuring the marvel superheros and we will have to save the island of Club Penguin by defeating a large robot. The first picture is a spaceship above the island and is the headquarters for the superheros at the party:
The second room is a special party room where you'll have to defeat a large robot to save Club Penguin:
Once again, thank you Venadito 007 from CP Fiesta for the pictures! The super hero party will be awesome with completely new items and well decorated party rooms! Are you excited for the new super hero party coming next month? Let me know if you are by leaving a comment below.

Whoa! The party today was epic and tons of fun! Thank you for coming and helping me reach 50,000 hits, the only reason I've made it so far is because of you! I would like to say a big thank you to all of you who came to the party! Take a look at what we did at my 50,000 hits party on Club Penguin:
We started the party, had a blast smiling ,and of course partied!
Then we waddled to the snow forts and had a huge snowball fight!
We tried to tip the iceberg and we danced till we dropped!
Who's ready to sled race at ski hill?
After sled racing we partied in the ski village! Woot woot!
We then played find four, did you win?
We waddled to the underground pool and ventured into quest one!
Playing card-jitsu was a blast!
We ended the party at the dance club, The party was epic!
Congrats Wobble1586 for being the most supportive at the party, just comment to let me know how you want me to send you your unlock code!
Since everyone was supportive at the party too, here are two card jitsu codes, enjoy:
Code 1: tcw2-8gt7-jmq7-6n6j
Code 2: tcjw-8rv8-67gx-98jc
Thanks for the awesome party! I'll have another big party in the upcoming months. How many times did you see yourself in the photos of the party? Did you enjoy the party? Let me know by leaving a comment below.
