Club Penguin Festival of Snow 2015 and Fireworks

The 2015 Festival of Snow event has arrived on the Club Penguin island! Festival of Snow has been a highly requested party by several players in the Club Penguin community. Though Club Penguin had a Snow Sculpture Showcase in 2009, the last event that went by the 'Festival of Snow' name occurred in February of 2007. So this is the first Festival of Snow for many people, including me.

There are a total of 28 snow sculptures, all inspired by players who sent their art to the Club Penguin team whenever Megg asked for snow sculpture drawings last May. These sculptures are placed in almost every outside room, including the Ski Hill and Ice Berg, where you can find free items and fireworks for Canada Day and the 4th of July. At the Ski Hill, you can pick up the returning Snowflake T-Shirt:
At the Ice Berg, you can pick up another returning item, the Ice Crown:
Also, if you go to the Cove, you'll find more drawings that weren't built into sculptures:
I'm really enjoying this event. I thought it was awesome whenever Club Penguin announced that they would be bringing this event back because it's a great opportunity for players to show their creativeness and get their art featured in the game.

What are your thoughts on this party? Are you enjoying it? Let us know by leaving a comment in the comments section below. We'd love to hear from you!

Donating is easy, just choose the amount you want to donate, click it, and presto you have donated that amount of your penguin account's coins to a good cause. It can be anything from 100 coins to 10,000 coins. Donate as many times as you wish, as far as I know there's no limit to the amount of coins you can give.

If you aren't too big on giving away your coins, you may think otherwise if I told you that you obtain a free pin by doing so. If you donate any amount of coins to any donation stand you will get the 2013 Coins For Change pin. When you choose to donate a specific amount of coins it will bring up a screen saying you have earned a brand new pin. Exit the pop-up message and it will be added to your penguin's inventory.

To ride the rails, members can buy a train engine, one of four, or catch a ride by joining a train. The instructions are on the page.

Here's how the train engine looks like on my penguin. Once you have purchased a train engine waddle to the Train station which is located in the snow forts.

With a train engine you can now ride the rails throughout the Club Penguin island, non-members can as well, preferably with other penguins. The rail is accessible from various rooms that can be found on the Club Penguin map. Trains can be made longer when penguins join your train. I suggest going to popular and busy servers to make a long as train as possible. Throw snowballs, by click 'T' on your keyboard, at the ornaments, stockings, and such to receive coins. Coins will be donated to Coins For Change.

If you have added a rail tunnel to your igloo you will be added to the Train Station Igloos list. Click the sign to view and visit train station igloos.

Club Penguin Operation Puffle Cheats: Mission 2 Tutorial

Attention all Elite Penguin Force agents! The second mission of Operation Puffle has been released! Below we've provided you with our official cheats tutorial on how to complete Operation Puffle Mission 2:

Once you have completed mission 1 of Operation Puffle and have logged onto Club Penguin, you will be greeted by the following screen regarding Mission 2 - Rescuing the red puffle. Previously, EPF agents had to rescue the blue puffle from Herbert's mind-control device. Select 'Go There' to begin your mission.

You will arrive at one of the many Operation Puffle rooms, this one being an EPF camp. Now waddle over to the red puffle as shown below by my penguin account.

When you start playing, you'll be greeted by the following screen. Don't forget, if you're a member, to bring your gold puffle along to obtain exclusive gold items for your penguin account.

Once you have pressed 'Go' the game will start and you can begin rescuing red puffles and retrieve the red chips. Just like the previous mission, we've provided you with these tips and hints to insure you save five puffles and retrieve five color chips as quickly as possible:
  • To move use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard.
  • Slide down the hills and waddle up a slope.
  • Click the down arrow immediately upon starting to get a quick start. This gives you a better chance of rescuing five puffles.
  • I recommend clicking the up and down area periodically every few seconds for the best results.
  • Keep in mind that the longer you take to reach a puffle and the more times you slide and hit a hill, the less time and puffles you will get.
Congratulations! You have successfully rescued the red puffle on Club Penguin and are one step closer to stopping Herbert's latest scheme. Once you retrieve any number of red chips, you can collect your prizes for your penguin account. This time members can obtain the Hydro-Tester 3000 and the Rescue Off-Roader. Really cool items, that's for sure!

That's all about how to complete the latest mission (Mission 2) of Operation Puffle on the Club Penguin island. Check back tomorrow for the tutorial on how to complete Operation Puffle mission 3. The next mission will be available on the 23rd of November. Have you retrieved all five chips for both missions? What are your thoughts and opinions on Operation Puffle mission 2? Don't be shy, comment away!

Club Penguin Star Wars Takeover Death Star Mission Part 2 Cheats

Its been one week since the Star Wars Takeover arrived and that means a brand new mission has been released on the Club Penguin island. This time we have to infiltrate the Death Star and steal the secret plans. Previously we only had access to Tatooine and the Millennium Falcon and starting next week we can access Yavin 4. Below is our complete tutorial and cheats to the Club Penguin Star Wars Takeover Death Star Mission:

To begin, go to the Death Star using the Rebel Alliance emblem on the upper right of your screen. After doing so click the Death Star and accept the mission by clicking 'Enter the Death Star'. You'll see the following screen:

Upon entering the Death Star you'll receive a message from Princess Cadence which gives us a brief summary of what we need to accomplish throughout the mission.

Before starting onward from the hanger bay you can first check out the Emporer's throne room. It can be accessed from the upper doorway. Now go through the lower doorway and through the next room with the label 'To: Ship Plans' above it. Waddle up to the arcade-like console and hack into the system to complete the first puzzle.

Just like in Operation Blackout, where we had a game very similar to this one, we have to complete a puzzle to continue. It's quite simple and doesn't take long to complete. As you progress through the levels they get more challenging. To complete the game move the security blocks to different sections of your screen (You can do this by clicking and dragging them to different places). Once you have done this in the manner mentioned drag the key into the pass-key lock on the right.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the first puzzle and unlocked the next level! Four more to go. You can now claim the first prize, an item and 25 coins. Three of the five items can be be obtained by both non-members and members. Click 'Collect' to obtain any of these rewards for your penguin account.

You now have access to the next room which likewise has a level for you to complete. Upon entering this room, waddle over to the following arcade-like console as shown by my penguin below:

When you have finished the second level and claimed your next prize, enter either one of the elevators that'll take you to the trash compactor. This level is just like its predecessor, but more challenging. Here is the location of the third system:

Completion of the third level is just like the first and second. To refresh our memory, here's how to complete the level: To complete the game move the security blocks to different sections of your screen (You can do this by clicking and dragging them to different places). Once you have done this in the manner mentioned drag the key into the pass-key lock on the right.

You'll receive the following message from DJ Cadence as well upon starting the level:

This has to be my favorite room in the Death Star, not just for the trash compactor and likeness to the movie, but for the links to Club Penguin's past and countless secrets. While completing the mission I noted the green buoy with the number 4, one of 10 in total, a rubber duck, one of the original igloo items, and the rocking horse at the ski lodge attic.

Once you have successfully finished the third level you can advance to the next room and system. Waddle over to the doorway on the right and enter the next room. We're pretty much half way done as of now. The fourth level is on the upper right of this room as shown by Oh PP and I below:

The forth level is just as easy as the others and can be completed in a matter of minutes. When you have finished be sure to claim your rewards and exit, one more to go!

The ship plans are located in the next room, access it by entering the doorway on the lower right. The fifth and final level is up on the upper right. This is the most challenging of the five levels, it is beatable though it may take longer than the others. Click the system as shown by our penguins below to get started:

To complete the fifth level,  move the blocks to different sections of your screen opening up space for the key (You can do this by clicking and dragging them to different places). Once you have done this in the manner mentioned drag the key into the pass-key lock on the right.

Once you have finished the final level, the following message from Princess Cadence will appear on your screen in which she congratulates you for a job well done.

Congratulations, you have successfully infiltrated the Death Star and stolen the Death Star plans. Return on the 8th of August, roughly in a week, to fly to the Rebel Base on Yavin 4 and save the galaxy!

That concludes our official Club Penguin Star Wars Takeover Death Star Mission Part 2 Cheats Guide. We hoped we helped. What are your thoughts on the Star Wars Takeover so far? I'm impressed and can't wait to experience the rest of this amazing party. Have you infiltrated the Death Star yet? Leave your thoughts in a comment below.
